Health Goals for 2020

I started looking back at my 2019 and realized that I LOVE THIS LIFE but I really need to love myself a little more. I think it just comes naturally to me to put the kids first, always. I mean - to the point where I can't even remember if I ate. That's not really good. I decided to focus on taking care of my dang self .. along with those two super cute offspring of mine!


1. Working out. This is so cliché, but honestly, I can't remember the last time I broke a sweat. At this point in my life I need to work out to get my endorphins going & be my best self to be my best self for my family.

2. Drink more water. Sometimes I wonder how I‘m functioning daily. 🙈
