Galentine’s Brunch! 💗❤️

ree

As a child, my mom hosted a Valentine‘s Day party for me + although I generally have a terrible memory, I sure will never forget that day! Clearly it made me want to pass along the tradition so we sent the boys off for the morning! I’m not sure who ended up having more fun with it, Emersyn or me? 💕💗♥️

You guys, it was so easy, simple and fun! Full of sweet and savory treats, lots of pink & tutus, and a preschool ballet Spotify playlist humming cheerfully in the background!

The paper tableware was from the Target dollar spot and each heart plate was topped with a #GALS scalloped napkin, a candy bracelet and a faux heart ring and plastic reusable mason jar drinkware (all from the dollar store!) Topped with a fun pair of colorful heart sunglasses that I ordered from Oriental Trading!

I bought croissants from Costco + frosted donuts from Dunkin’ and had the girls decorate them with sprinkles!

Then after some free play we did a simple craft! The dollar store had Pom Pom “love bugs” kits individually packaged, 6 for $1! They were a hit and kept the kids occupied.

There was bubbly and caffeine on deck for the mama's and they each brought a dish which was entirely their idea and wound up being SUPER helpful! The twirly red heart straws paired perfectly with our deep conversations and belly laughs!

These sweet mama's, their cheerful babies made for a morning of great fun! The girl time was so special for Emersyn and I. Hopefully it's a memory that she'll cherish as she gets older! If you are thinking about hosting a GALentine's Brunch (orrrrr any brunch!) I would HIGHLY recommend. Totally good for the soul.

With grace & gratitude,

Caitlyn
