Kori of Kori Smith Photography put together a 'dark' themed shootout for a local photography group here in North Carolina that I am ivolved in. It was so much fun to spend the afternoon with fellow photographers. Sharing ideas and communicating tips and tricks (+ I even got to bring my mini along with me since my husband was on duty!) I am a firm believer that community over competition is such a key component when it comes to flourishing in your business.

The sweet ballerina, Lauren, who modeled for us was the star of a local Nutcracker performance. Because of my background in dance, I felt so connected and 'on pointe' shooting this particular session. ---see what I did there! I feel so grateful to have been able to participate in this event!
