What do you do when it's too rainy for a boat day and you're too cooped up to stay inside and your kids are both snot nosed from the last time they visited the playground? Head to the outlets of course! I swore you wouldn't catch me dead shopping this week and here I am finding....errr..buying all the good deals at the outlets on a Tuesday,
